Finishing list for Common Lobby & Staircases:

• Plastering and painting of internal walls and ceilings of common lobby and staircases painted in white as per contractor’s chosen standard of finish.
• Electrical and plumbing works in common lobby.
• Passenger elevator hydraulic lift, of which brand will be selected by the contractor;
• Staircase and common lobby flooring as per contractor’s chosen standard of finish;
• Provision and installation of staircase railings;
• Provision of fire doors and fire prevention systems in common lobby, as per engineer’s approved drawings, if applicable.
• Provision and installation of property front door of apartments as per contractor’s chosen standard of finish. Such doors are to be minimum 30-minute fire doors.
• Meter cabinets to enclose property water and electrical meters.
• Aluminium hatches for roof access.
• Video intercom at block main door and voice intercom for apartments.
• Mail boxed for property.
