  • Bathrooms, Enusites and guest toilets, all were applicable, will be finished with matching floor tiles, wall tiles and sanitary ware excluding sanitary fixtures & Shower cubical.
  • Thresholds and sills to be finished in hardstone or gres slabs.
  • Walls finished in a gypsum plastering and 2 coats of white paint.
