Finishing of Basement Level:

• Sand and cement plaster and 2 coats of white paint (Where applicable in common parts and in Garages)
• Concrete flooring.
• Lighting points (inclusive of fittings) and including emergency lighting in common area only.
• Electric remote-controlled door or Gate in main entrance + 1 remote per unit.
• Garage doors not included

All rates indicated in this agreement include VAT.

Application for the services in common parts shall be done by the vendors.

Application for the services apartments/garages/penthouses/maisonettes shall be done by the buyers.

Where buyers request the removal of any item in the specification list, no refunds will be issued by the vendor.
